Additionally there is a £2.50 charge for lunches for children who attend Rocking Horse for childcare funded entirely under the Nursery Education Grant, we do this as we do not get any contribution towards meals.

Fees Increase Annually on 1st April

Where extra sessions are requested and available they will be charged at the above rates. Once booked we require 24 hours notice for cancellation otherwise you will still be charged.

Monthly bills are to be paid by the 20th of each month, by cheque, cash, direct debit or childcare vouchers. Failure to do so will result in correspondence from the management. If bills are still not settled after 10 days of the letter being sent or a payment programme is not agreed, the management reserve the right to terminate your child’s place within the nursery.

Nursery Education Grants

Your child will be eligible for the Nursery Education Grant at the beginning of the term after they are three years old. This includes three five hour sessions each week on a term time only basis. Speak to a member of the management team if you need more information.

From September 2013 you may be entitled to funding towards childcare from the age of 2 if you are claiming the following:

• Income support
• Income based job seekers allowance
• Income related Employment and support allowance
• Support under V1 of the immigration and Asylum Act 1999
• The guaranteed element of State Pension Credit
• Child Tax Credit, provided you are not entitled to Working Tax Credit and have any annual household income (as assessed by HM Revenue and Customs) that does not exceed £16,190
